Return and Refund Policy

Your purchase is eligible for return when it is: Unused, unopened or defective within postmarked 15 calender days of delivery date. Definition of delivery date: The delivery date is displayed on the courier’s tracking site. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by the courier, the delivery date is assumed to be 15 calendar days after shipment.

In order to initiate a return, simply fill out the contact form. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the additional shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.

Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent to our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us.
